Features:
1. Color touchscreen LCD displays the parameters: air inlet temperature/air outlet temperature/peristaltic pump speed/air volume/needle frequency.
2. Fully automatic control: One-button operation. After setting the spraying process parameters, the temperature reaches the preset temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, and the operating diagram is displayed on the touchscreen, clearly illustrating the operation process.
3. Nozzle cleaner (via needle): If the nozzle is clogged, the blockage is automatically removed and the needle frequency can be automatically adjusted.
4. Power-off protection function: When the heater is turned off, the fan cannot be turned off if the heater temperature exceeds 60°C, ensuring that the heating part of the device does not burn out due to incorrect operation (forced fan stop).
5. Temperature control: PID real-time constant temperature control technology is used, ensuring precise temperature control across the entire temperature range and a heating temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.
6. Finished product effect: The finished product exhibits normal particle size distribution, particle homogeneity, and good flowability.
